Surf Cycle 1 Year Warranty
Electric Motor or Controller
If there is a malfunction with the motor or the motor controller contact Surf Cycle customer support. Provide the motor number and the motor can be sent in for free repair within the first year of ownership. A malfunctioning controller can also be replaced within the first year.
Battery
If the battery is not functioning correctly contact Surf Cycle customer support. Please provide the battery number and describe the issue. A replacement battery can be sent out within the first year of ownership. IMPORTANT! If the battery is stored for a long period of time at a low state of charge it will not be able to keep a charge when attempted. This condition is not covered under the warranty.
Pontoon
If a pontoon has an air leak upon initial delivery, please provide evidence of the location of the leak ( picture or video ) and contact Surf Cycle customer support for a replacement.
Bicycle Non-dynamic Parts
Severely damaged frame components can be submitted for replacement within the first year of ownership
Dynamic Parts
If parts such as the belt, gear, steering cable are damaged or warn during use of the product after purchase they are not covered under the 1 year warranty. Contact Surf Cycle support if these items do not arrive in working order or to purchase replacement parts.
