Surf Cycle Setup

Step 1: Assemble and SECURELY tighten bike pedals with provided installation tool.
Step 2: Periodically check pedals before each ride to make sure they are secure.
Step 3: Slide and click connector tubes into place on bike frame.
Step 4: Unroll both pontoons.
Step 5: Place bike on top of deflated pontoons.
Step 6: Connect and clip corresponding hooks from connector tubes on bike to D-rings on deflated pontoons.
Step 7: Using manual pump, inflate both pontoons to 15 PSI. Replace cap.
Step 9: Attach and adjust bike seat to proper height.
Step 10: Make sure all fasteners and connections are secure.

Steering Setup

Step 1: Place handle bars in the receptacle frame tube. Center them without tightening.
Step 2: Now make sure the steering cable ends are centered.
Step 3: Attach and center the rudder to bike. Make sure the rubber is inserted all the way in for a good connection. The screws near the rudder attachment will be at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock positions.
Step 4: When you are confident these three items are centered lock the handle bars and rudder down with the
cam locks. Test your setup by twisting the handle bars. The rudder will move in the opposite direction. Tweak the rudder position for improved steering or after rudder collisions.
Step 5: Secure the rudder carabiner.
